20 for I Am Invincible

Tara Madgwick - Tuesday July 3
Yarraman Park's I Am Invincible clocked his 20th Australian two year-old winner of the season at Geelong on Tuesday with an easy front running win for Yulong Wain.

I Am InvincibleTrained by Peter and Paul Snowden, Yulong Wain did plenty wrong at his first start last month at Bendigo, but was a more tractable horse this time around.

He led throughout and ran away to win the 1100 metre maiden by three and a half lengths in a dominant display.

Yulong Wain is a sale ring veteran and has made money for all those that have come in contact with him.

He made $57,500 at the Magic Millions Weanling Sale for Donnybrook Estates when bought by James Harron Bloodstock/ Meredith Park and then $80,000 when re-offered by Meredith Park at the Inglis Premier Yearling Sale and bought by Frontier Bloodstock Management.

Yulong Wain was bought by his current owners Yu Long Investments for $250,000 when offered at the 2017 Inglis Ready2Race Sale by Blake Ryan Racing.

Yulong Wain is the third winner from stakes-placed Spinning World (USA) mare Nice Surprise.

I Am Invincible on 20 winners now has a little breathing space over his rivals Not a Single Doubt (17) and Spirit of Boom (17) in the race to be leading Australian Sire of 2YO Winners.
