In It To Win It!

Tara Madgwick - Thursday October 12
Last weekend High Chaparral (IRE) went into battle with the highest number of stakes runners and emerged with a Group double courtesy of Ace High and Bring Me Roses, this weekend we have a sire with the most runners so far we have seen and he’s not Snitzel.

Fastnet RockThe Spring Carnival is in full swing so we have stakes racing every weekend and for breeders and stallion owners it’s all about which sires are doing well and getting the stakes winners when it counts - to get them you need runners, so let’s take a look into the crystal ball to see which stallions can fire up this weekend and into next week.

Fastnet Rock has a whopping 21 stakes runners, 19 if you consider that in the computer generated list Catchy and Shoals appear as dual acceptors as they are also entered in the Blue Sapphire next Wednesday.

The list is so long, I can’t compress it to fit an image here, so you’ll have to click through to see his army of runners. Click here for the full list.

Next is Exceed and Excel with 17, Snitzel with 16 and High Chaparral with 10.
