The final race of Saturday’s ten-race Flemington card saw 5yo Deep Field mare Paradise City rewarded for her recent consistency, working home too well in the Trilogy Racing colours to record her first black type victory in the G3 Frances Tressady Stakes (1400m) for Peter Moody and Katherine Coleman.

When a mare is in form, there’s no reason to shy away, and Saturday’s G3 ATC Triscay Stakes (1200m) win of Joe Pride’s Lonhro mare Weeping Woman was her fourth win in a row, including consecutive black type victories.
