First Winner for Super One

Newgate Farm’s young I Am Invincible stallion Super One posted his first winner on Friday with an impressive debut victory for talented filly Superbellaa at Canberra.

Super One sired his first winner on FridayWell fancied following an easy barrier trial win 10 days ago, the Lee Curtis trained filly ran out a comfortable length and a half winner in the 1000 metre juvenile contest.

A $25,000 Inglis Classic purchase for her trainer from the Newgate Farm draft, Superbellaa was bred by SF Bloodstock and foaled and raised at Newgate.

She is the fifth winner from Group I winner Imananabaa.

A powerful sprinting son of champion sire I Am Invincible, Super One was popular again last spring covering his biggest book of 168 mares so far at the affordable fee of $11,000.

He has 19 yearlings entered for the upcoming Inglis Classic Yearling Sale, click here to see them.
