Super One was a $190,000 Magic Millions purchase and retired lightly raced with five wins from eight starts.

He is a half-brother to Group II placed Super Too and comes from a North American female family featuring some diverse bloodlines that has also produced Les Arcs, the Champion Older Sprinter in the UK in 2006.
