Super Classic Yearlings

Tara Madgwick - Wednesday February 6
Newgate Farm's Super One was a notable success at the Magic Millions returning an average over 12 times his service fee of $11,000 so the good judges will be quick to check out what he has to offer at Inglis Classic.

Super OneGiven the growing success of I Am Invincible's first son to stud Brazen Beau, there is a growing air of confidence about Super One, who is very much stamped in the mould of his famous sire.

Super One made his mark first in Singapore where he was the undefeated Champion 2YO in 2015 and from just four starts in Australia was able to score a brilliant win in the Group III SAJC DC McKay Stakes, a race also won by his sire in 2009.

Super One was a $190,000 Magic Millions purchase and retired lightly raced with five wins from eight starts. He is a half-brother to Group II placed Super Too and comes from a North American female family featuring some diverse bloodlines that has also produced Les Arcs, the Champion Older Sprinter in the UK in 2006.
