One to Watch – Kembla

Tara Madgwick - Tuesday May 21

All Too Hard posted the quinella in a competitive juvenile maiden at Kembla on Tuesday with the winner opening her career with an impressive victory.

All Too Hard is working towards a century of winnersThe Brad Widdup trained filly Switched had shown good ability in recent trials and jumped quickly for Rachel King to race on the speed before cruising home to win the 1000 metre maiden by two and a half lengths over her stablemate Night Flyer, another daughter of All Too Hard.

"You hope they can come and do that and she did,” said Brad Widdup.

"Both of these fillies have run well, so it’s a great start for them.”

A $110,000 Inglis Classic purchase for Jadeskye Racing / Brad Widdup Racing from the Fairview Park draft, Switched is a half-sister to stakes-placed Rocket Fuel and is the second winner from Snitzel mare Sherbet Bomb, a daughter of stakes-winner Lady Annaliese from the family of smart Kiwi mare Hinerangi, who won her first stakes race in New Zealand last weekend.

Switched is the 94th winner this season for All Too Hard who is working towards his first seasonal century of winners.

All Too Hard stands at Vinery Stud this spring at a fee of $27,500
