With 84% clearance and rises in average and median on last year, Inglis Classic was undoubtedly a strong sale and that spelled good results for savvy pinhookers, so let’s take a look at those results.

$220,000 Home Affairs x Blue Grass Music (USA) colt.

Topping the list is the Home Affairs colt from Blue Grass Music (USA) that made $220,000 for Fernrigg Farm when bought by  MG Price Racing & Breeding Pty Ltd.

AS a weanling.

The colt is a half-brother to three winners including Group I Belmont Derby winner Henley’s Joy and was sourced from the Noorilim Park draft at the Inglis Weanling Sale for $60,000.

$280,000 Tassort colt from Barchetta.

Fresh from siring a new stakes-winner last Saturday in Agrarian Girl, Tassort featured on the list with his colt from Barchetta fetching $280,000 for Glen Lee Thoroughbreds when bought by Y K Cheng.

As a weanling.

The third foal of a winning daughter of Group I MRC Blue Diamond Stakes winner Sleek Chassis was sourced from the Newgate draft at the Magic Millions National Weanling Sale for $130,000.

$170,000 Wild Ruler filly from Skillet.

From the second crop of young Newgate sire Wild Ruler, the Sledmere Stud consigned filly from Skillet was purchased by Ellerslie Lodge / B Heys for $170,000.

As a weanling.

The third foal of a winning daughter of stakes-winner Woppitt, the filly was sourced from the Tamac Stud draft at the Inglis Weanling Sale for $25,000.
