A lightly raced member of the Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott stable, Master Ash
is now headed towards the Group I ATC Golden Rose next month.Master Ash is the third stakes-winner for Sebring bred from a daughter of Widden Stud's former high class shuttle sire Anabaa (USA).
The Sebring x Anabaa cross has produced 10 winners from 15 runners with Australian Horse of the Year Dissident and Group II placed stakes-winner Sebring Sally, the other Black Type winners bred this way along with Group II placed Revolving Door.
Sebring stands at a fee of $66,000 this spring and would appear to be an
appealing choice for those with a mare by Anabaa, who is making a lasting
impression as a broodmare sire.Anabaa mares have produced 87 stakes-winners including a dozen Group I winners headed by superstars Buffering, Dissident, Treve, Hartnell and English.
