Storm Boy won the Magic Millions 2YO Classic while trained by Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott and added further wins in the Group II ATC Skyline Stakes and Group III ATC Sand Domenico Stakes with Coolmore joining his ownership group prior to the Golden Slipper in which he finished third.

Coolmore have had Group I success in the past in sending elite colts from Australia back to Ballydoyle to be trained with So You Think, Haradasun and Starspangledbanner all achieving Group I wins at Royal Ascot.

Storm Boy is yet to put a G1 win on his CV, but will be given every opportunity to do so and it will be fascinating to watch his progress in a new environment.
