Breednet - Wednesday March 12

Coolmore Stud have released an interesting video through their social channels on Storm Boy as he builds up for a European campaign and no doubt a Royal Ascot tilt under Aidan O’Brien.

After winning his first four starts, including the Magic Millions 2YO Classic, the Justify colt started a short-priced favourite in the Golden Slipper, finishing third to his stablemate Lady Of Camelot.

He subsequently won the Group II San Domenico Stakes when resuming as a three-year-old but was then beaten in three starts, 3rd in the Group II Run To The Rose, 4th in the Group I Golden Rose and 8th in the Group I Everest, beaten 1.9 lengths.

He was shipped to his new base in November.
