Spring Trial Watch – Maher Mares Poised to Pounce

Chris Waller is not the only trainer with a star stable of mares with Ciaron Maher unleashing three of his best girls at the Warwick Farm trials on Tuesday, while his superstar Pride of Jenni is primed for action this Saturday at Caulfield in the Group I MRC Memsie Stakes.

I Am Invincible mare Tiz Invincible was the dominant filly in the Darley Princess Series in Sydney last year and looked strong and sharp in her second trial back winning her heat from Group I winner Royal Merchant and $10million earner Bella Nipotina.

Tiz Invincible lost her form during the autumn carnival when failing to place in four starts in elite company, but there seems to be plenty of spring in her step at present and it will be no surprise to see her bounce back and get the Group I win missing from her resume.
