Keeneland January Sale Offers Australasian Horse Investors a Unique Opportunity

Media Release - Friday December 1
Keeneland's upcoming January Horses of All Ages Sale, to be held January 8-11, affords Australasian horsemen value, and thus profit, in a market rich in quality breeding stock.

This year's January Sale features 1,582 horses, with the entire interactive catalog available for browsing at Keeneland.com/sales.

In terms of catalog depth, the January Sale is an extension of Keeneland's premier November Breeding Stock Sale, though with a less competitive buying bench. Horsemen have an opportunity to purchase stakes-class fillies and mares that offer long-term value for less investment.

Of particular interest are the nearly 500 exceptional young broodmares and broodmare prospects, eight years old or younger, on offer. Many of those featured are in foal to leading North American sires or exciting first-year stallions.

Keeneland will stream the January Sale in its entirety at Keeneland.com. Sessions begin daily at 10 a.m. ET.
