well-related daughter of Rip Van Winkle looks like she will fill the racing

experience racehorse ownership without a huge monetary investment.Despite her 59kg impost, Brassy Belle made light work of the mile event at Toowoomba on with a two-and-a-half length winning margin while walking away with $7,800 in prizemoney.
"I was very happy with the win," commented Shane Ciurleo, who runs the racing partnerships for Ben Currie Racing.
"Obviously the goal was to get her back in winning form, you know it's not so much improving her from her previous trainer it's just changing her scenery, getting her back to her best previous level and seeing what she can do in less competitive company- we have her nominated her in town this weekend in a Class Three event."
"We will see how she is how she is over the next few days before we decide whether we back her up or not."
