Tourneur's suspension will commence at midnight on October 14 and expire at midnight on October 21.

In the same race apprentice Justin Huxtable pleaded guilty to shifting in near the 1000m on Street Embrace and crossing Force Of Three when insufficiently clear and was suspended for four meetings, to commence at midnight on October 15 and expire at midnight on October 22.

In the last race of the day apprentice Ashley Doyle was suspended for excessively checking the speed aboard Savanero and causing Mazurek to check and clip heels near the 1000m.
