New French Stakes-Winner for Shalaa

Arrowfield Stud shuttler Shalaa (IRE) has had a great season with his Austalian 2YO’s and added a new French stakes-winner to his tally overnight with Night Endeavor taking out the Listed Derby du Languedoc (1m4f) at Toulouse.

A consistent 3YO colt trained by J Reynier, Night Endeavor scored a dominant three length win taking his overall record to three wins and four placings from eight starts.

Retained to race by his breeder, Night Endeavor is the best of two winenrs from stakes-winning Golan mare Night Serenade, who comes from a family packed with Black Type.

Night Serenade is a half-sister to the dams of Group I winners Nightflower, Nymphea and Nutan.

Night Endeavor is the eighth stakes-winner for Shalaa, who is listed on the Arrowfield roster at $33,000.
