YEAH THE BOYS finished ninth last start at Lismore and likely to race on the speed with minimal pressure expected, place hope. MY COUSIN SHIRLEY likely to race on the speed in a race without much early pace, place claims.

Race 2 summary - DEVIL'S FIRE racing well without winning and expect to lead, serious player. YEPPOON winner or placed in four of past six and came on strong when just beaten last start at Gold Coast, looks threatening. GLEN ORD winner or placed in four of past seven and settles towards the back, not the worst. ALTOVISE backmarker in a fast race and fitter for recent runs, place hope.
Race 2 tips - 1st: DEVIL'S FIRE (1), 2nd: YEPPOON (4), 3rd: GLEN ORD (6), 4th: ALTOVISE (9).

Race 3 summary - PERDU back from 18 week spell and generally strong first-up, perfectly placed. DANSU won two of last seven and comes back to race at a country level, don't treat lightly. CLINT should look to roll forward and comes back to race at a country level, capabable of getting into the money. MCLENNAN has good speed and carrying less weight, place best.
Race 3 tips - 1st: PERDU (4), 2nd: DANSU (3), 3rd: CLINT (5), 4th: MCLENNAN (1).

Race 4 summary - WOODDITTON racing well without winning and capable of closing gamely, leading hope. DUKE OF FREDERICK drawn the rails and should be fit enough, place best. THE RIDGE resumes after a 22 week spell and won last trial at Gold Coast, place chance. VIVID PINK finished on the winner's heals last start at Ballina and should race off the speed in a race with plenty of early pressure, strong place chance.
Race 4 tips - 1st: WOODDITTON (1), 2nd: DUKE OF FREDERICK (5), 3rd: THE RIDGE (9), 4th: VIVID PINK (14).

Race 5 summary - POLSKIE LADY won or placed three of last five and placed when unwanted in the betting last start at Ballina when resuming, should go well. AQUAJEWEL likely to race on the speed, a real threat. ALAKAI should race on the speed and may fade late, don't treat lightly. TIACONI finished half a length lengths back from the leader last start at Taree and likely to race off the speed in a race with plenty of tempo, in with a chance.
Race 5 tips - 1st: POLSKIE LADY (4), 2nd: AQUAJEWEL (6), 3rd: ALAKAI (3), 4th: TIACONI (2).

Race 6 summary - BELFLYER winner or placed in four of past six and comes back to race at a country level, one of the main hopes. SPLINTER gave nothing else a chance to win last start at Bowraville and won or placed three of last five, in the mix. REDWOLF expect to lead and mixed form of late, looks threatening. CAVITATION couldn't hold on and just missed last start at Moree when resuming, each-way claims.
Race 6 tips - 1st: BELFLYER (1), 2nd: SPLINTER (3), 3rd: REDWOLF (5), 4th: CAVITATION (7).

Race 7 summary - STAR OF HARADA gave nothing else a chance to win at only start at Grafton and has the speed to overcome a very wide draw, the testing material. GEILEIS placed last start at Sunshine Coast and rates highly with Jag Guthmann-Chester aboard, don't dismiss. HAYLEE PRINCE on a seven day back-up and amongst the placegetters last start running third at Sunshine Coast, quinella. BRIGHT LIGHTS BABY first-up after 22 week spell and first start for a new trainer, needs the breaks.
Race 7 tips - 1st: STAR OF HARADA (3), 2nd: GEILEIS (7), 3rd: HAYLEE PRINCE (8), 4th: BRIGHT LIGHTS BABY (1).
