$525,000 So You Think Weanling an Early MM Star

Tara Madgwick - Thursday May 19

He’s leading the Australian General Sires List with progeny earnings topping $17million and So You Think also put some early spark into the opening session of the Magic Millions National Weanling Sale when his colt from Salina sold for $525,000.

Consigned by Telemon Thoroughbreds, the star colt was bought by Bahen Bloodstock and is the first foal of a young well bred placed daughter of champion sire Redoute’s Choice.

His next three dams are all stakes-winners with Salina out of Listed winner Quayside, who is from Group II winner Quays, who is from Group I winner Pontal Lass.

$525,000 So You Think colt from Salina.

The sale was a great result for Telemon Thoroughbreds, who purchased Salina from the Segenhoe draft at the Magic Millions National Broodmare Sale last year for $300,000 when she was carrying this colt.

Salina is now in foal to Pierro.

The sale continues.
