The Matthew Smith trained four year-old mare Bel Suono got the job done for Nicconi winning by nearly two lengths at Goulburn over 1300m.

Nicconi joins Zoustar and the much missed Sebring on the list of sires with 100 winners for the season and will soon be followed by two more Widden sires with Magnus on 99 and Star Witness on 98

Nicconi is also up running third on the Australian General Sires List by earnings with $15.7million putting him just behind So You Think and I Am Invincible.

Nicconi celebrates 100 winners for the season!

Priced at $22,000 this spring, Nicconi represents great value and is sure to be popular again.
