The Inglis Gold Yearling Sale will be held at Oaklands on Thursday and the most represented sire is Widden Stud’s Melbourne Cup winner Fiorente (IRE), so if you are in the market for a budding young stayer read on.

Fiorente is the sire of eight SW's inc. Lunar Flare, stars of Carrum, Hawkshot and Liquero.

A proven source of quality stayers, notably this season with Group II MVRC Moonee Valley Cup winner Lunar Flare, Fiorente has a great crop of yearlings this year bred in 2019 when he stood for $27,500.
