A $575,000 Inglis Easter purchase from Newgate Farm for PR Funds, Snitzel gelding Yorskhire has been a work in progress for quite some time, but the five year-old finally translated talent into a Black Type victory when taking out the $250,000 Group III ATC Festival Stakes (1500m) at Rosehill.

Recording her first black type victory, the Grahame Begg trained filly Ruska Roma was simply too strong for her rivals in the $175,000 Listed MRC Twilight Glow Stakes (1400m) giving breeder/owner Jonathan Munz his first stakes winner sired by his Group 1 Caulfield Guineas winner Super Seth.
