Flashy Grey Kingman Colt Wins Irish 2,000 Guineas
Juddmonte Farms have been firing through spring of the euro flat season and they produced the quinella overnight at The Curragh with Kingman colts finishing one and two in the Group I Irish 2,000 Guineas (1m) and leading the way was Field of Gold, who was purchased as a weanling for €530,000.

Pedigree Watch - New 2YO SW Kingman
Outstanding sire Kingman produced a new juvenile stakes-winner overnight with promising filly January winning the Listed Churchill Stakes (7 ½ f) at Tipperary and interestingly she is from a daughter of Fastnet Rock.
Kingman Group Treble - Sire on Fire
Last week we highlighted the deeds of Kingman, whose Group I winning son King Colorado stands his first season at Widden Victoria this spring, and over the weekend the Juddmonte Farm based sire was in hot form siring a treble of new Group winners.
Australian trainers and owners have high regard for leading European sire Kingman, who earlier this week clocked up his 100th winner this year worldwide and has made his presence felt keenly in Australia with Group I winners Zardozi and King Colorado, who stands his first season at Widden Victoria this spring.
Another Guineas Upset and Shock Result
The Group I Newmarket One Thousand Guineas (1m) for the fillies delivered a surprise package of a result as did the colts edition on Saturday with victory going to the half-sister by Kingman to Woodside Park Stud’s new recruit Benbatl (GB).
