Zoustar Half-Sister to Sell at Tattersalls July Sale

An interesting wild card entry for the Tattersalls July Sale next week is three year-old Galileo filly At Last, who is a half-sister to dual Group I winner and now leading sire Zoustar.

At Last is a half-sister to leading sire ZoustarAt Last has been unplaced in three outings for Aidan O'Brien and is being offered in training by The Castlebridge Consignment as (lot 177A).

She was bred by the Coolmore partners and is the first Northern Hemisphere foal bred from Redoute's Choice mare Zouzou, who they bought from the 2014 Magic Millions National Broodmare Sale for $775,000.

Zouzou has had five foals to race for three winners with $1.4 million earning Zoustar the best of them with highlight wins in the Group I VRC Coolmore Stud Stakes and ATC Golden Rose.

The other two winners from Zouzou are both metropolitan winners and include Zoustar's full sister Ciarlet, who was bought by John and Jake Warren for $450,000 at the 2017 Magic Millions National Broodmare Sale. She produced a Fastnet Rock colt last year and is back in foal to the champion sire.

Zoustar is the leading second crop sire in Australia this season and is also the leading three year-old sire with his best horse the triple Group I winner Sunlight.

He will stand at Widden Stud this spring at a fee of $154,000 and is currently in the UK serving his first shuttle season at Tweenhills Stud.

At Last will be offered on the opening day of the sale on Wednesday, July 10.
