Viddora Sold and Retired

Lloyd Kennewell has announced on Twitter that his star sprinter Viddora has been sold and will be retired immediately.

Kennewell Racing Tweeted - It was one hell of a ride to train my first two group 1 wins with this great mare Viddora. Big thanks to everyone involved along the way & now it's time for her to enjoy retirement. Very happy for SF Bloodstock & Newgate Farm as the purchasers. She will be served by Lope De Vega!

Dual G1 winner Viddora is off to studPurchased for just $40,000 from the Magic Millions Adelaide Yearling Sale in 2014 by her trainer, Viddora proved a star on the track winning nine of 32 starts and $2.8 million with highlight wins in the Group I MVRC Moir Stakes and WATC Winterbottom Stakes.

The powerhouse daughter of champion sire I Am Invincible ended her career with a fourth in the Group I Al Quoz Sprint in Dubai on March 30 before finishing unplaced to Beat the Clock in the Group I Chairman's Sprint Prize in Hong Kong.


A stunning looking mare with speed to burn, she will make an oustanding addition for Newgate and SF Bloodstock.
