Hong Kong Winner Sold by Mount Brown International

Tara Madgwick - Monday November 26
Opening his account at Sha Tin on Sunday was promising lightly raced Lope de Vega (IRE) three year-old Follow Me, a $32,000 Magic Millions Adelaide purchase from the draft of Lester O'Grady's Mount Brown International, now home to Hinchinbrook's young sire son Diamond Tathagata.

Follow Me - HKJCSecond at two of his first three outings, the John Size trained gelding was a hot favourite and bolted clear to win over 1400 metres by three and a half lengths.

Follow Me was bought by Woodpark Stud and prepared for the MM 2YO's in Training Sale last year but passed in shy of his $175,000 reserve.

He was then put into work by Jean Dubois and after winning a trial in impressive fashion at Rosehill in February this year was sold to Hong Kong.

He is the second winner from unraced Starcraft mare Star over Kansas, who comes from a European family featuring noted Group I winning sires Warning, Rainbow Quest and Scenic.
