The half-brother to current Hong Kong up and comer Styling City, who won at Sha Tin on Sunday, he was bought originally from the Maluka Thoroughbreds draft at Inglis Premier by Enigma Farm for $125,000.
The third most successful pinhook was a cracking colt by Dream Ahead (USA) from Uproot that made $340,000 when bought by Mr P Ho Leung of Hong Kong. Consigned by Riverslea Park, he was sourced from the Inglis Classic Yearling Sale in Sydney where he made $65,000 for Attunga Stud when snapped up by 888 Bloodstock.
He is the third foal of Lonhro mare Uproot, a daughter of stakes-winner Destruct from the family of Group I winner and sire Strategic.
It was a big result for Aquis Farm's Dream Ahead, who has had a good season so far represented by dual Group II winner Shumookh and stands in the Hunter Valley at the affordable fee of $16,500.
