Bel Esprit Nomination Auctioned for Charity Today

Sun Stud's Behind The Barriers promotion – a 2018 nomination to Champion Australian sire, BEL ESPRIT – will be auctioned online from 9am today (Friday) through Inglis Digital.

With the full support of Moonee Valley Racing Club andRacing.com, the winning bidder will be announced following the Group One AJ Moir Stakes at approximately 10pm tonight. To register, visitwww.inglisdigital.com.

Bel Esprit stands at an advertised fee of $11,000 inc. GST and all proceeds will be directed to Behind The Barriers, a tremendous initiative designed to combat mental illness in the thoroughbred industry, where 1 in 3 workers are sufferers.

Tonight's Moonee Valley meeting also sees the launch of the 'Strapper's Prize' where the strapper of the best presented horse in each race will receive a $100 prize and a commemorative strapper's vest.
