A First Look at the Asterns

Breednet - Thursday September 20
Earlier this week we ran a story highlighting the Golden Rose winning colts now at stud so we thought we'd have a look at the first foals of the latest winner to retire, Astern.

Read the story here.

Being the highest rated winner of the Golden Rose, and with the looks and charisma he carried on the racetrack, there'll be plenty of interest in his progeny so here's a few that have made their way to the Breednet Foal Gallery so far this year.

This colt out of Fleur Fatale, a metropolitan winner by Commands out of Group 3 winning two year-old Rose Ceremony.

This filly out of the stakes winner Key Bar Nights (Anabaa), and also the dam of stakes winner Barbed. Photographed at Davali Thoroughbreds.

A colt out of After The Dream (Mastercraftsman) from the family of Holy Roman Emperor. Photographed at Willow Park Stud.

A colt out of Arabian Night (GB), a daughter of Oasis Dream. Photographed at Kitchwin Hills Stud.
