2026 G1 Oakleigh Plate Field and Barrier Draw

Breednet - Wednesday February 18

The Group One Oakleigh Plate (1100m) at Caulfield on Saturday is the second of the major autumn sprints in Melbourne and race favourite Point Barrow did not get the ideal barrier, drawing 10 in the final field of 14.

Yet to compete at Group I level, the Blue Point filly has created a big impression winning four of her six starts, placed in the other two and will carry only 50kg under the handicap conditions with Jamie Melham to take the ride.

Melham was aboard the filly when she looked impressive finishing third in her latest jump out at Balnarring on January 28.
