Tara Madgwick - Wednesday May 23
Bell View Park will present a draft of 22 quality young mares at the upcoming Magic Millions National Broodmare Sale commencing on Tuesday 29th May including a daughter of Frankel from one of Australia's best female families.

The draft has been carefully selected and mated to highly commercial stallions that complement them both physically and genetically. All pregnant mares are in foal prior to October 23rd, with the majority of them having been covered in September.

Of the 22 well bred mares, three are stakes winners, four are stakes placed and a further nine are metropolitan winners.

She comes from the great running family of Hips Don't Lie, the dam of this season's stakes-winning 2YO Ennis Hill.

She sells in foal to Golden Slipper winner and champion 2yo Capitalist.

Other quality mares in the draft are in foal to exciting stallions such as Zoustar, American Pharaoh (USA), Written Tycoon, Sebring and Pierro.

In 2017, Bell View Park sold its entire draft of 25 mares at the Magic Millions Sale, demonstrating its commitment to presenting quality mares and selling them in the sale's ring.

Bell View Park sold mares have also enjoyed success on the track this season. From Bell View Park's first draft of 24 mares sold in 2016, thirteen mares have had runners with three mares subsequently producing the G3 winners Lubiton and Sweet Redemption and listed winner and G3 placed 2yo Krone.

On top of this, buyers of Bell View Park mares have seen excellent returns on their investments at the yearling sales. In 2018 yearlings have sold for $500,000, $475,000, $280,000, $260,000 and $215,000 etc - All well above the original purchase prices of the mares.
