Talented 3YO Equerry (Snitzel) will continue his racing career in Hong Kong after topping today’s Inglis Digital November (Early) Online Sale.
Trained by Chris Waller and offered by his ownership group headed by Coolmore, Equerry sold to Mr T Leung for $340,000.
The 3YO colt Equerry has won two of his four career starts, including at Randwick yesterday.

“He looks a very promising young horse that we think will fit in well up in Hong Kong,’’ Mr Leung said.
“We will sit down in coming days to work out a trainer and a program for him but I think he is a very exciting horse.’’
Coolmore’s John Kennedy added: “That’s a phenomenal result, Inglis Digital has done it again.
“Equerry won very impressively yesterday and looks to have a bright future and I wish Mr Leung all the best with him.
“With the Melbourne Cup winner Half Yours selling on Inglis Digital last year, I hope Equerry can be hugely successful for his new owners up in Hong Kong as well.’’
So far in 2025, there have been 21 individual Inglis Digital graduates win in Hong Kong including the likes of high-class pair Helios Express and Tomodachi Kokoroe.
Year after year Inglis graduates excel in Hong Kong, including 729 winners of nearly 2000 races in the famed racing jurisdiction since 2018, over 230 more individual winners in that time than graduates of the next best Australian auction house.
Today’s second-top lot was the young race mare Silent Shares, which sold to trainer Gavin Bedggood for $140,000.
Silent Shares has won her past two starts and her existing trainer Bedggood didn’t want her being purchased by one of his rival trainers.
“The owner is reducing his racing stock and I think this mare has good residual in her and is far from at her peak so I was happy to keep her,’’ Bedggood said.
“She’s been back in the stables for five weeks so she’ll race around Christmas time and having trained her already up to this point, it’s a nice advantage to have when trying to buy these mares and race them on.
“There’s still shares available in her so if anybody would like to get involved in a nice mare that’s won three from eight, just head to my website or give me a call.’’
Silent Shares and Equerry take the number of $100,000+ lots sold on Inglis Digital in 2025 to 118 while Equerry becomes the 38th lot to sell for $200,000 or more on the platform this year.
In total the November (Early) Sale grossed $2,290,800.
Today’s successful sale caps off a huge week for the Inglis Digital platform, whose new pin-up boy Half Yours won yesterday’s $10m G1 Melbourne Cup at Flemington.
Half Yours was purchased for $305,000 from the 2024 Inglis Digital November (Late) Online Sale by Belmont Bloodstock/McEvoy Mitchell Racing, at the time having won two of his five career starts for $40,000 in prizemoney.
Since the purchase, Half Yours has raced 10 times for six wins (including the G1 Melbourne Cup, G1 Caulfield Cup, G3 Naturalism Stakes and Listed Caloundra Cup) and $9.2m in prizemoney.
Entries are now open for the Inglis Digital November (Late) Online Sale, which will be held from November 14-19.
Entries will close at midnight next Wednesday, November 12.

Prior to the November (Late) Sale will be a Spring Boutique auction headlined by the G2 winner Coeur Volante (Proisir).
The 5YO mare is a three-time Stakes winner from just 16 career starts and is being offered as a racing and breeding prospect.
Her most recent win came in the G3 Mannerism Stakes over 1400m at Caulfield earlier in the year where she demolished a field that included Quintessa, Grinzinger Belle and Semana by 4 lengths.
More details of the Spring Boutique Sale will be announced in coming days.
