A quality packed catalogue for the 2025 NZB Ready to Run Sale is now online and in the lead up to the sale we’ll go looking each week for some horses of interest that jump out on pedigree for various reasons.

Kiwi bred gelding With Your Blessing scored a career best win at Randwick last Saturday taking out the $250,000 Group III ATC Bill Ritchie and the 7YO Vadamos (Fr) gelding has now won over $780,000.

An interesting entry for the sale is Lot 318 from KB Bloodstock on behalf of Pamina Lodge, a Vadamos filly from Empress Elect.

This filly is a three-quarter sister-in-blood to With Your Blessing as her dam Empress Elect is a half-sister to his dam Super Trouper.

Home Affairs has six 2YO's in the sale!

The official Sydney 2YO trials were held at Randwick on Monday morning and the big news to emerge was the two runners for exciting first season sire Home Affairs that both stepped out as impressive winners for the Waterhouse Bott stable. Read about them here.

The progeny of Home Affairs were in hot demand at the sales this year and there are six entered for this sale so for buyers who fear they have missed out, it might be a timely opportunity to get back into the ground floor of a young sire on an upward trajectory.
