Elite Broodmare Band Booked to Celestial Legend

Woodside Park Stud is proud to announce they are sending an outstanding group of broodmares to visit their exciting young sire Celestial Legend. 

General Manager Anthony Bueti said “We purchased ten nice mares at Inglis Chairman's and Magic Millions, and most will be heading his way.”

Below are some of Woodside’s mares heading Celestial Legends' way: 

Yosei (Invincible Spirit - Fuji Fairy), the exceptionally talented, triple Group 1-winner of the MRC Thousand Guineas, AJC Sires’ Produce and BRC Tattersalls Tiara, who has produced four to race for three winners, including Listed placegetter Marsey And Bobby. 

Nafaayes (Exceed And Excel-Decelerator), a dual Group 2 winner of the Turffontein Gauteng Fillies Guineas and Ipi Tombi Challenge, who was purchased by Eddie Hirsch for $475,000 Inglis Chairman’s Sale in 2024. She had a 2YO winner overnight tin the UK, read about Dandana here.

Romantic Moon (More Than Ready-Tropical Affair), a Group 3 winner and sister to Group 1 VRC Derby winner Prized Icon who was a $200,000 purchase for Hirsh Racing and has produced four to race, all winners. 

Miss Hufflepuff (Encosta de Lago-Miss Helga), a Metropolitan winner and the dam of four winners including the extraordinarily talented Coco Sun (Group 1 SAJC South Australian Derby winner) and Nymphadora (Placed in Listed Inglis Nursery). 

So Pristine (Zabeel-Pristine Kristine), a Group winner of seven races including the Group 2 Queen Of The South Stakes and now the dam of four winners. 

Obsequious (Lonhro-Sycophant), winner of the Group 2 Light Fingers Stakes and Group 3 San Domenico Stakes, she is the dam of 5 winners including dual Group 3 winner and Group 1 placetter Ingratiating.
