Needs Further Boost Ahead of Tassie Magic Millions

With 22 entries for the 2018 Magic Millions Tasmanian Yearling Sale (Feb 15), Needs Further is the hot sire in the Apple Isle right now and enjoyed a feature race double at Launceston on Wednesday with Mystic Journey winning the $30,000 Ensign Lodge Alfa 2YO Bowl and Pateena Arena winning the $50,000 Tassie Thousand Guineas.

Both horses are graduates of the Magic Millions Tasmanian Yearling Sale, Mystic Journey bought for $11,000 from the Armidale Stud draft and Pateena Arena bought for $22,000 from the same draft a year earlier.

Armidale Stud will offer a full sister to Mystic Journey as Lot 2.
