Eureka Stud Stallion Parade This Sunday

Leading Queensland nursery Eureka Stud will open their gates this Sunday for a stallion parade featuring champion Queensland sire Spirit of Boom, exciting young sire Encryption and newcomer Don Corleone, the first son of exceptional sire Extreme Choice to stand in the sunshine state.

All stallions will be paraded at 10.30am on Sunday August 18th with a lunch to follow.

Spirit of Boom is coming off another outstanding season in which he sired 134 winners of $9.2million that included seven stakes-winners and his fee this year remains at $38,500.

Encryption was the leading Queensland based second crop sire last season with 29 winners of $2.3million highlighted by Group winners Cifrado and Encoder. He is priced at $11,000.

A top class juvenile that placed in the Group I MRC Blue Diamond Stakes and ATC Sires Produce Stakes as well as finishing fourth in the Golden Slipper, Don Corleone fits the bill as an early speed sire with his female pedigree featuring speed sires Snippets, Danehill and Marscay.
