First Foal for Hitotsu

A triple Group I winning son of Maurice (Jpn), Hitotsu did some remarkable things on the track during his all too brief eight start racing career and has made a smooth start to his stud career at Arrowfield with the arrval of his first foal this week.

Hitotsu colt from Yours But Mine born at Mullaglass Stud.

Born at Mullaglass Stud, this colt is the third foal from well bred unraced Choisir mare Yours But Mine, a grand-daughter of Group I VRC Oaks winner Bulla Borghese with the family also producing Group winners Bound for Earth, Kallos and Bacchanalia.

A classic three year-old that won both the VRC Victoria Derby and ATC Australian Derby as well as an Australian Guineas for good measure, Hitotsu covered 162 mares last spring at a fee of $22,000 and remains at that fee.

Hitotsu stands at a fee of $22,000.
