Australia's leading thoroughbred auctioneer Magic Millions will present a world class suite of yearling sales across the country in 2025.

From the famous Gold Coast Yearling Sale in January to auctions in Western Australia, Tasmania, Queensland and South Australia, the 2025 Magic Millions Yearling Sales Series presents opportunities for all Australasian breeders.

$2.1million Wootton Bassett (GB) filly from Avantage topped the 2024 sale at the Gold Coast.

"Results on the board matter," Magic Millions Managing Director Barry Bowditch said.

"Magic Millions' passion, expertise and drive saw the 2024 series deliver a sales gross of almost $300 million across 2,335 yearlings sold to 1,125 individual buyers from 13 countries and every state and territory of Australia."

"The continual investment in innovation and the development of the annual The Star Gold Coast Magic Millions Carnival brings the thoroughbred world to the Gold Coast in January, creating the greatest diversity in buying bench at all levels of the market vying for the greatest collection of yearlings across Australasia."

"Agents, trainers, syndicators and owners know they need to be at Magic Millions. The Gold Coast Yearling Sale is undeniably the greatest sales source for future stallions and blue hens."

"We start our year on the Gold Coast and welcome continued participation in Perth, Tasmania, Adelaide and the Gold Coast through February and March. Each sale in our series provides an opportunity to present to a market that best matches all yearling stock."

"In addition to bringing our bloodstock, marketing, buyer recruitment and customer service prowess to the table, selling at Magic Millions Yearling Sales provides breeders and vendors with the exclusive promotional benefit of the Magic Millions Race Series."

"With over $20 million and 28 races programmed across six states annually for all ages, classes and distances across a horse's racing lifetime, the broad distribution of Magic Millions prizemoney is without equal. It is categorically the world's greatest and richest sales restricted race series."

"The Magic Millions Bloodstock Team looks forward to the opportunity of inspecting yearlings across Australia and New Zealand over the coming months. We invite all breeders and vendors to contact any one of our skilled consultants based across Australasia to discuss how we can best assist," Bowditch added.
