After many years of frustration trying to find places to advertise for potential employees, Cressfield Operations Manager Liesl Wickson realised the opportunity within the industry for a one-stop platform for all things equine and education-related.

"The sole goal of this site was to be a one-stop shop for the employer and the employee. Over the past twelve months, we have dedicated much time to creating a user-friendly experience," says Wickson.

The site has powerful search tools that make it easy for job seekers to find their ideal equine-related jobs within any industry sector, along with the functionality for employers to streamline their hiring process and find the perfect fit for their business, farm or clinic. The platform offers customisable job postings, applicant tracking, featured listings and social media advertising.

The website also offers an exclusive education section that allows industry participants to search Australia-wide for course offerings at every level in every sector, including scholarship and internship opportunities.
