Three year-old High Chaparral (IRE) colt Doyles broke his maiden with an easy win at Kenilworth in South Africa on Saturday.

Doyles as a yearlingTrained by Joey Ramsden, Doyles improved on placings at his first two starts to win the 1600 metre maiden by more than two lengths as favourite.

A $180,000 Inglis Premier purchase from the Eliza Park International draft for Mayfair Speculators, Doyles was bred by Robert Crabtree and is a half-brother to Group I ATC Vinery Stud Stakes winner Mirjulisa Lass.

He is the sixth winner and last foal of Dol, who died in 2015.
