Lonhro Entire Chasing Second Group One

Four year-old Lonhro stallion Impending will be given his chance to claim a second Group I win with confirmation Godolphin are sending a team of three horses to Perth for the upcoming Summer Carnival.

ImpendingAlready a winner of the Group I BRC Stradbroke Handicap last season as a three year-old, Impending and It's Somewhat are booked on a Sunday flight to Perth along with the Street Cry (IRE) three-year-old Gaulois.

It's Somewhat is entered for two races, the Group I Railway Stakes (1600m) on November 25 and the Group I Kingston Town Classic (1800m) on December 9.

Impending will run in the Group I Winterbottom Stakes (1200m) on December 2 while Gaulois will contest the $500,000 Group II WA Guineas (1600m) on November 25.

"Impending and It's Somewhat came through Saturday as well as I could have hoped and Gaulois has really pleased me since the Carbine Club," James Cummings told Racenet.

"Perth has always been the grand final for Impending and It's Somewhat and I'm really happy with the way both horses are progressing in their campaigns."

Impending is the $4.50 favourite for the Winterbottom Stakes at Sportsbet while It's Somewhat is a $9 fourth favourite for the Railway Stakes and $6 second pick in the Kingston Town Classic.
