Tara Madgwick - Tuesday November 14
Your Song gave us a ‘One to Watch’ at Gosford on Tuesday with an impressive return from a spell for this three year-old in the Segenhoe Thoroughbreds colours.

Music Addition as a yearlingThe Peter Robl trained Music Addition won easily on debut at the same venue on June 1 and then chased home two nice horses at his next two runs in metropolitan company in Lipizzan and Addictive Nature.

Tuend up with two recent trial wins, he was fit and ready to go for the Class Two event over 1100 metres and kicked away to thrash the older horses by more than three lengths as a short priced favourite.

Music Addition was purchased by Segenhoe for $130,000 from the Attunga Stud draft at the Magic Millions 2YO Ready to Run Sale last year.

He was previously offered as a yearling at Inglis Easter Session II by the Vieira Group and fetched $55,000.

Music Addition is the first winner for Quality Coup, a winning daughter of Group I winner Love Dance.

He looks set to enjoy a good campaign over the summer months and could easily measure up to better races.
