The field has been declared for Saturday's $3 million Group I Caulfield Cup (2400m).

A total of 17 acceptances were received for the feature handicap after the shock withdrawal of Japanese import Admire Deus due to injury on Tuesday morning.

Three international raiders will line up in the Melbourne Racing Club's flagship race with the Hughie Morrison-trained Marmelo, Aidan O'Brien represented by Johannes Vermeer and Willie Mullins will saddle up Wicklow Brave.

Johannes Vermeer was the equal favourite prior to the field being declared along with Turnbull Stakes winner Humidor and Australian Oaks winner Bonneval.
