Mullins booked Moreira to ride Wicklow Brave in Saturday week's Caulfield Cup but the Irish trainer told the Racing Post he has secured the Brazilian's services for Thomas Hobson in the Melbourne Cup.

"Thomas Hobson and Max Dynamite are over there and the plan is for both to run," Mullins said.

"Joao Moreira is booked to ride Thomas Hobson. We haven't made a booking for Max Dynamite just yet.

"Wicklow Brave runs in the Caulfield Cup a week on Saturday and we'll see how things go with him before deciding whether he will run."

Thomas Hobson is the highest rated of the Mullins trio in Sportsbet's Melbourne Cup market at $26 while Max Dynamite is a $31 chance and Wicklow Brave is at $51.
