Cadestship Salutes for Star Thoroughbreds

Tara Madgwick - Thursday January 26

Promising Merchant Navy gelding Cadetship posted his second win this preparation when saluting at Warwick Farm on Australia Day.

Trained by Chris Waller, Cadetship broke his maiden at Newcastle before Christmas and then was second at Warwick Farm earlier this month before upping the ante to win again.

Ridden by James McDonald, Cadetship was the widest runner turning for home, but powered to the line to win by a head in a driving finish.

A $150,000 Magic Millions purchase from the Rheinwood Pastoral draft for Star Thoroughbreds/Randwick Bloodstock Agency, Cadetship has two wins and two seconds from just six starts earning over $90,000 in prizemoney.
