Full Caulfield Guineas day nominations now online

The nominations for the full Caulfield Guineas day programme are now available online.

Saturday's opening day of the Caulfield Cup carnival features four Group I races with the Thousand Guineas, Caulfield Stakes and Toorak Handicap to support the $2 million main event.

Nominations for the Caulfield and Thousand Guineas have been out for some time while the Caulfield Stakes and Toorak Handicap have attracted 20 and 29 nominations respectively.

Both races have attracted international entries with Godolphin's Charlie Appleby entering Folkswood for both races while Hugo Palmer has entered Mask Of Time for the Toorak Handicap.

Jane Chapple-Hyam has Kaspersky in the Toorak Handicap nominations while Aidan O'Brien has entered Johannes Vermeer and Taj Mahal for the Caulfield Stakes.

Top local Godolphin performer Hartnell heads the Caulfield Stakes ratings ahead on 115, three points ahead of Caulfield Cup favourite Bonneval and five clear of Australian Derby winner Jon Snow.

Lucky Hussler (110) and Tosen Stardom (109) head the Toorak Handicap ratings.
