Zahra gets ride on top Caulfield Guineas chance

Mark Zahra has picked up the ride on one of the leading chances in Saturday week's Caulfield Guineas.

Trainers David Hayes, Ben Hayes and Tom Dabernig have booked Zahra to ride the Caulfield Guineas favourite Catchy in the $2 million event.

Regan Bayliss rode Catchy to her win in the Group II Danehill Stakes (1200m) at Flemington two starts back and in her third in the Group II Thousand Guineas Prelude on Sunday but the rider will be in Sydney to pilot Redkirk Warrior in The Everest on Caulfield Guineas day.

Sportsbet has Catchy as a $4.60 favourite in its latest Caulfield Guineas market ahead of Royal Symphony and Kementari at $5.
