Ridden by Michael Dee, Pinstriped took his record to a perfect three for three when defeating the Pierro colt Pascero by half a length with the Capitalist colt Captivant three-quarters of a length furth back in third.

Jusufovic said the Australian Guineas is the target for Pinstriped whose earnings move to $265,000.

Dee has been on the chestnut in all three stars to date.

uo;It was a massive win. He travelled lovely throughout, and I was very happy with the spot we landed,” Dee aid.

“When we straightened up, I was quite concerned. I didn’t think that we were going to pick up the leader until the last 50m when he really surged late.

“To his credit, it was a massive win and onwards and upwards from here.

“He’s a very big horse and needs a lot of room. He’s got a very big, nice action.

“I was confident that he’d go better on a good track.”

An $80,000 purchase by Enver Jusufovic/Gary Mudgway Bloodstock from the Noorilim Park draft at the Magic Millions National Weanling Sale, Pinstriped is the second winner from as many foals out of the winning Snitzel mare Snitzel Blitz.

A sister to stakes-placed Moreau, Snitzel Blitz has a 2yo filly by Shalaa (IRE) and a yearling colt by Written Tycoon who was a $150,000 purchase by Riversley Park from the Baramul Stud draft at the Magic Millions in January.
