Multiple Stakes performers headline enticing Online catalogue

Media Release - Friday January 21

A host of young, well-credentialled racing or breeding prospects headline another appealing catalogue for the Inglis Digital January (Late) Online Auction, which is now open for bidding.

City winner and dual Group placed mare Malicorne is one of several standouts.

With two wins and six minor placings from just 12 starts, the 4YO mare hails from the family of G1 winner Personal and the undefeated 2YO and dominant Inglis Millennium favourite Sejardan, making her a valuable breeding prospect.

She is out of Stakes-winning mare Mezeray Miss.

Publicist is for sale.

Newgate Farm is offering Publicist (Written Tycoon), a Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott-trained 3YO who was an impressive last start Sydney metropolitan winner.

Publicist has been part of the Newgate/China Horse Club colts syndicate and is offered as a racing prospect.

Dio (Zoustar x Solar Charged) is another interesting offering, the brother to champion mare Sunlight being Stakes placed from just five career starts and is one of 12 Chris Waller-trained horses in the sale.

The trio are part of a 217-strong January (Late) catalogue which includes 91 racehorses (57 race filles and race mares), 32 broodmares, 17 racehorse shares, 16 yearlings and four unbroken stock.

Among many other highlight lots are:

Almighty Rising – Lightly-raced Flying Artie 3YO from Team Hawkes, a Canterbury winner as a 2YO

Baffin Bay - Snitzel 3YO, daughter of G3 winner Charmview and half sister to two Stakes winners
