The first Justify yearling sold in Australia fetched $450,000 to the bid of China Horse Club/Newgate Bloodstock/Trilogy Racing.

A dashing bay colt consigned by Coolmore, he was bought by China Horse Club/Newgate Bloodstock/Trilogy Racing and is the first foal of his Group I placed dam, who was bought for $750,000 off the track at the 2019 Magic Millions National Broodmare Sale by Tom Magnier / Colm Santry Bloodstock.

Eckstein has multiple Group I winner Canny Lass as her third dam so is from the family of Golden Slipper winners Canny Lad and Sepoy as well as champion 3YO sprinter Bivouac.

Sadly for Coolmore, Eckstein passed away last year with this colt her one and only foal.

Justify has a big draft of sensational yearlings to be offered at this sale, click to see them.
