Today we look at Widden Stud’s Champion 2YO Colt Written By, a brilliant winner of the Group I MRC Blue Diamond Stakes and the first colt home in the Golden Slipper.

Written By is by reigning champion sire Written Tycoon and is his first Group I winning two year-old colt since Capitalist, who has achieved stunning stud success for Newgate Farm with his fee increased to $99,000 in 2021.

Written By stood for $24,750 in his first season and covered 148 mares.
